Join the Stiff Family for a concert at the Kingsboro Baptist Church at 3055 East Point Rd., on Sunday August 27 at 3:00pm for an afternoon of gospel, traditional bluegrass, and celtic music.
The Stiff family has enjoyed living in PEI for 5 years, keeping busy with their hobby farm but still making time to enjoy and play Bluegrass music. The family consists of Dave and Heather along with their children Aaron, Hannah, Elizabeth and Abigail. The instruments they play include: guitar, bass, banjo, dobro, mandolin and fiddle. There will be a potluck dinner to follow at the Church, all are welcome!

In 2022, we hosted a ‘back to school children’s clothing giveaway’ here at the church. Response was overwhelming, both in the amount and quality of clothing donated and in the people who came to ‘shop’. People were very appreciative….a few of them actually shed some thankful tears when expressing what a help this event was to them.
So…We’d like to do this again on SATURDAY, AUGUST 26. The Event will again be at the overflow area in the Kingsboro church. When you start sorting through your children’s clothes for fall, please consider setting aside what you no longer need so that we can help it to find someone who can use it. This event is meant for anyone….Give what you don’t need and come and take what you can use! Also, in order for this to take place, we do need some volunteers who will help to sort and organize the donated clothing on the evening of August 25 as well as people to pack up whatever is left over. Please let Jennifer Or Alec know if you’re willing to help out.
Join us next Sunday, August 20, at 7 pm at Kingsboro Baptist Church for a short time of worship and prayer for our community. Following this, we will break into prayer teams and drive throughout the community, praying for homes, families, and institutions as we go, before meeting back at the church to close in prayer.
