THANK YOU:  A very special Thank You to the men who made our cemetery look really nice and those who brought flowers for the Cemetery Service last Sunday.

South Lake Christian Church is asking each one in both churches to continue reading the Bible each day. Please read Ecclesiastes & Song of Solomon. Pray to the Lord daily too. What a joy it is to read His Word and Pray to Him.

South Lake Christian Women's Fellowship will be having a "Ladies Retreat" at South Lake Christian Church on Saturday, September 22nd from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Guest Speaker is Marion Harris, a Missionary at Ethiopia. There will be special music and more things. We will let you know everything a little later. Everyone is welcome.

OASIS 2018, the annual convention of Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada, will be taking place at Acadia University in Wolfville from August 23 to August 25.
